Danielle Posa is the CEO and Co-Founder of WAIOS, the Wellbeing AI Operating System, which helps organizations measure wellbeing continuously and treat it as a core business metric. For nearly two decades she has advised leaders on engagement, culture, and wellbeing. She began at Gallup, consulting Fortune 500 clients and serving as liaison to Dr. Deepak Chopra for Gallup's wellbeing research. She later co-created and co-taught Workplace Wellbeing and the Soul of Leadership with Deepak and served as Director of Enterprise Solutions at Chopra Global.
Through her advisory firm, Global Wellbeing Group, she has worked with organizations including Panera Bread, AstraZeneca, Comcast, Viacom, and Amdocs. Today she partners with a select handful of companies, always working directly with the C-suite to integrate wellbeing into business strategy and into the mindset of their leaders. She is a wellbeing advisor to companies including Pearson, Mission Microwave Technologies, Post University, and LinkedIn, and to Kolaghassi Development Company for its $3 billion district at King Salman Park in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She has also coached C-suite leaders to live more conscious, wellbeing-focused lives.
She served as Vice Chair of the Global Wellness Institute's Workplace Wellbeing Initiative. A childhood cancer survivor and former Make-A-Wish child, she later became a Make-A-Wish volunteer and speaker, and in college raised money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society by completing two triathlons.
